A plain-language summary of how we handle the information you share with us through this website. It is deliberately short: the detailed legal framework for working with FastPay is established in the agreements executed during onboarding, guided by our representatives.

Scope of this notice

This notice covers the FastPay marketing website and the enquiries you send us through it. If your organization proceeds to onboarding, the handling of platform, KYC and transaction data is governed by the agreements you execute with our representatives at that stage — those agreements take precedence over this page for everything they cover.

What we collect

When you submit an access request we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, organization, job title, whether you contact us as a developer or an agency, and anything you choose to include in your message — such as project counts, commission volumes or the developers you sell for. Our servers also keep routine technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to respond to you, to assess whether FastPay is a fit for your operation, and to prepare the onboarding conversation with our team. We send you a confirmation of your enquiry by email. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details are shared only with the people and service providers needed to progress your request — our team, our technology providers (such as email delivery), and, where relevant to onboarding, our funding partner — each under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal and audit obligations, and then delete them. Access to enquiry data is restricted, transmitted over encrypted connections, and recorded in an append-only audit log.

Your rights

Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@fastpayfinance.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page as the product and applicable guidance evolve; the date below reflects the latest revision. Material changes that affect how we handle your enquiry data will be flagged to active counterparties during onboarding.
