The short version: this page governs the website you are reading. The commercial relationship — facility terms, platform terms, KYC — is established in the agreements executed during onboarding with our representatives.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not create a commercial relationship with FastPay or with any funding partner. The FastPay platform, any commission-advance facility and all related services are governed by separate written agreements executed during onboarding, guided by our representatives — those agreements prevail over anything on this site.

No offer, no advice

Content on this site is provided for general information. Nothing here is an offer of financing, an invitation to enter into a facility, or financial, legal or tax advice. All financing is provided by our financing partners — licensed and regulated in the UAE — subject to their own approvals, eligibility checks and facility terms. The identity of the financing partner is shared during onboarding. Onboarding is by invitation and at our discretion.

Illustrative figures

Timelines such as “2–9 days” are indicative, post-developer-approval, and subject to KYC, eligibility and processing cut-offs. Deal examples on this site are illustrative and do not depict real transactions or real counterparties. Market figures are drawn from publicly reported sources and are rounded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or scanning our systems, scraping at scale, or submitting enquiries that are false or misleading. We may restrict access where we believe these terms are being breached.

Intellectual property

The FastPay and RECAP names, the FastPay logo and the content of this site belong to FastPay or its licensors. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties about its availability or accuracy and accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on site content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any facility or platform agreement you enter into during onboarding will state its own governing law and dispute-resolution terms.
